Oligospermia

Hi,
My age is 37.I'm suffering from oligospermia, there are less than one million sperms present and all of them non motile. I'm suffering from varicocele also. Hormones tests like FSH, LH, and Testosterone are normal.
Please advise me the proper medicine.
