cure for abdominal cramp

I have the following symptoms

1. irritable bowel syndrome
2. diarrohea/constipation alternately.
3. abdominal cramp too often.
4. tinnitus
5. allergic rhinitis
6. bronchial asthma
7. Nose gets blocked too often.
8. hypertension under control with the use of rawalfia serpentina.

Please suggest a cure.

Please take three doses of Antimonium Crud 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects in next 10 days. The other remedies that may help you are Antimonium Tart, Nux Vomica, Calc Carb, Lycopodium. You may take one by one if the one that has been taken don't help.
