Anal fissure from 2-3 weeks

Sir,
Please see the attached picture of fissure.Its red at the bottom,no blodd,no pus but paining.I was taking Silicea 6x,Ferr Phos 6x,Nat Phos 6x and Arnica 30 (liquid dose) after looking at some post in the site (self prescribtion). Though I'll stop that.Do you want anyother information from my side?Please let me know.

There is no pus nor bleeding. There is a slight pain in the anus after defecation continues till evening for which i have to sleep with my legs upwards in the sky for sometime.(But the pain compared to before has reduced) Im using 'Betadine' liquid to use in Sitz bath alopathy doctor has given me. Do I need to discontinue using the same? Also he had given me Fybogel (Isabgol Husk) to be taken every night before sleep, in water. Do I need to discontinue that also? Please let me know.

There is lot of improvement in the anal fissure. 90% of the pain has reduced.I had also stopped using betadine solution in Sitz bath. Stool is soft without taking isabgol. I have started going to office from 2-3 days. Please let me know what to do next.Do I still need to continue using the Nitric acid 30c? Also I have to discuss for the treatment of anal fistula that im having from 3 years.

Grandfather: Suffered from fistula in ano
Father: Diabities (completely cured by yoga in 10yrs span).Had piles.
Mother: expired due to jandice & piles operation.

Eyes: i have dandruf on my eyelids. Maybe blepharitis.(need treatment)
white scalps have also spread across face. itching sensation.While scratching the skin becomes red. also had seen white spots on face.(minutely visible)

Suffered from chicken pox in childhood.
I suffered from severe jaundice when i was in 3rd STD
suffered from Herpes on stomach when i was in school (7 th std)
suffered from scabies whn i was in 9th

suffered from severe tonsilitis with high fever(frequently) from last 10 yrs. treated with Alopathy many times in that 10yrs No use. Had been to Vishakhapatnam in 2005 with fever/tonsilitis.
was treated with a local homeopathy doc, was cured in 2 days miraculously. was told to continue Tonsisan for 6 months. (No tonsilitis till then)


Suffering from fistula in ano= 3 yrs since.
Suffering from fissure a month since: Redness in anus and pain after defecation remained for hours.
Mouth: frequent mouth ulcers. Saliva while sleeping. Thirst for water.
Stomach: had frequent Gas in stomach. Stool was hard and black.
Eating habits: Veg/Non veg. Beer. Completely stopped non veg & beer from last 2 yrs.
Had eaten chicken dish once only, before the fissure started.
Blurps after drinking water, after meals.
Feet & hands: Sweats in winter season
Body: face, back sweats in summer.
Sleep: If i turn to left side of the body, there is noise in stomach, Gas passes. I have to sleep straight or on right side.
Overall body: Not too much thin, not fat.Doing exercise. Had lost weight in 3 yrs time.

Due to some interest in homeopathy i refered the net and started taking the medicines for 2 yrs. initially there was yellow greenish pus flowing out of Fistula.Pain in fistula was not able to sit. Was feeling something stick like thick canal in ano.
Myristica sebiferaQ: twice a day
Silicea pentarkan.: Blood stopped. Pus stopped to 95%.
Jondila syrup: 1 hr before food.
applied Calendula on opening of fistula

Blood & pus had stopped.but could feel the thin line like canal in ano.

4 months back stopped everthing.
3 months back was suffering from tonsilitis. had taken phytolacca D. tonsils were cured. No issue now.
Had taken lycopod for loose motion. loose motion had stooped.
Had taken silicea 200c thrice a week. Saw swelling near anus. Stopped taking silicea. taken arnica 30c for 3 days. swelling disappeared.

So then started taking silicea 6x, nat phos 6x, ferr phos 6x, arnica 30c liquid twice.

Current situation:
sometimes gas still persists.

Only mouth ulcers persisted.
After started with nitric acid 30c, the ulcers have gone.Saliva has reduced.
Stopped silicea 6x, nat phos 6x, ferr phos 6x, arnica 30c.

Please see the photo attached of fistula.no blood is flowing.maybe little pus, but very little.

Do I need to stop taking Nitric acid 30C or continue taking nitric acid with Calc Sulp?

I have brought the Calc Sulp 200c liquid will take start from today.
Just to inform you that I feel like to defecate twice in the morning. while the 1st defecation i feel something is still remaining in the end and need to push out.

So, how many dose should i take in a day?

Today i had to go twice for defecation. the anus contracted after the second defecation. Little pain still exists in the anus. also the stool was little hard then yesterday. there was a slight pain while passing scanty urine in the morning after 2nd defecation.
I think i have lost some weight. will check the weight till tmrw.
(I have not started Nux vomica as yet.)

I had taken Nux vomica 30c in the night,the stool was soft in the morning and there was no pain in the scanty urination.
I have completed taking the Calc Sulp 200c liquid as prescribed for 3 days. The pain and redness in the anus is not subsided, its still there. Please let me know what to do next.(I havent started with Sulpur 30c as of now).

yesterday I was able to buy Sulpur 30c. I started with sulphur today in the morning. There is no pus coming out of fistula. (I noticed pus coming out of fistula when taking Calc Sulp 200c) There is little pain in fissure. The stool is soft. Contraction of anus has gone. No pain in urine as yet. I'll be providing further updates is the evening.
