hormonal imbalance: obesity

Hello, I am twenty year old male; I have hypothyroidism (only a high TSH, t4 and t3 are always normal) High Insulinlevels due to Insulin Resistance (Acanthosis Nigricans on neck and armpits and groin area) very low testosterone levels (testosterone and dihydrotestosterone) fatty liver (non-alcoholic) and digestive complaints such as: slow sluggish digestion, early satiety, feeling of fulness after a few bites of food, acid reflux and sometimes regurgitation of food, loss of appetite... I am OBESE weighing 240 lb and height is 5 feet 9.75 inches. My daily caloric intake is less than a 1000 calories as I cannot eat much due to the digestive complaints, and cannot lose even 1 pound with diet and exercise, diet is pure veg due to religion (no eggs, fish, meat...) According to Allopathy; have a hormonal imbalance, I take levothyroxine 88 mcg and metformin 85m mg once a day for the insulin resistance (no diabetes) and prilosec when needed, nothing for teststerone as doctor thinks my body won't make its own. From a AYURVEDIC percpective the diagnosis was a KAPHA IMBALANCE. PLEASE HELP ME AND SUGGEST REMEDIES, please also explain the doses carefully (how much, how many times a day...) and if I still take allopathic medicine with it or not. Thank you so MUCH.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I also have some thyroid swelling, my neck is thick but there isn't a goitre, just thyroid swelling that's why my dose of levothyroxine has been uped to this much.
