Yes Sir,

Mental: Am always thinking mind never settles in one place, still getting horrible marks in classes especially mathematics and chemistry! Feeling very irritated over medical problems.....

Physical: Have gained about twenty pounds now 270 without any change in diet and exercise since we last spoke!!!!! Stomach is horrible as ever, so much hyperacidity, bloating, gas, loss of appetite. Breasts really big and stomach huge. Rash on the outside of anus (no piles) because of thining of skin due to hormone imbalance!! (been there last six years) INSULIN resistance worse then ever, neck is so velvety dark!

Medical: Started HCG injections for the really low testosterone level did two injections so far. Stopped the thyroid medicine four months ago. for IR taking metformin extended release trying to build up to maximum dose 2000mg per day (doubt it will help as it has not in past three years!)

At this point in my life I feel so depressed I am eating less then 900 calories a day (strict vegetarian, no meat eggs etc.) I only eat two chapatis for lunch and two for dinner with nothing but water in between and yet I keep gaining weight every week and all the weight is on my stomach, neck and chest i am now 273 lb!!

I want to eat like a regular person the doctor said I need at least 2400 calories, because of the calorie deficit I have developed vitamin deficiencies. Since my stomach is always upset I cannot eat more than 1000 calories a day!!

Oh dr nawaz I forgot to mention sir lately I have been getting the tingling sensation in my feet, just sitting down doing nothing. I guess being this severe Insulin resistant is causing me to go into a very early stage of diabetes!

Yes there is a skin problem a rash on the outside of the anus it has been there for past six years and does not go away doctors say it is there cause of thining of skin, hormone imbalance!

And another thing happening recently is that i will always be going to the bathroom (number 2)sometimes right after I eat, which sometimes relieves the severe abdominal bloating I get. Yet I still gain weight!

Thanks Simone, thanks dr Nawaz what i meant to ask was; am I dissolving the Nat Phos also or do I take them like regular tablets with regular water?
Forgot to mention in last posts; these are the current medically diagnosed conditions:

Endocrine: Severe Insulin Resistance
Severe Hypogonadism (low testosterone)
THYROID NODULES (bumps on thyroid gland, no hypothyroidism)Neck is thick (no goitre)

Digestive: Non alcoholic fatty liver
Abdominal Bloating and gas after eating
Full quickly
GERD (Acid Reflux)
Regurgitation of food, will wake up with acid reflux sometime! Lots of mucus in the back of the throat, sensation something is struck in throat, but nothing is there.

EYES: AM nearsighted wear glasses, and severe dry eyes taking Restasis eye drops for dry eyes which easily get strained and tired.

Hello Dr Nawaz, so today was my first day of both treatments, I did have alot of mucus in the back of the throat, other than that I was fine I had a appetite and ate dinner a few hours ago, but right now am getting really bad indigestion, stomach is really bloated and getting really bad stomach and chest heartburns (feeling in the gut and occasionally in the chest area) .Same time a little hungry too but afraid to eat anything.

Should I take some remedy or can I take my allopathic antacid and report back in two days as intended?
