HelloIs homeopathy in general and alumina 6c in particular is good for new born babies?

this question is not possible to answer unless you say what would you be using the alumina for?

have you checked with your health visitor or doctor that the formula is ok, i.e. no lactose problems etc.?
get checked out also that there is no problem such as hernias etc for the abominal pain - if this is all clear then the main remedies to consider are nux vom, bryonia, chamomilla, carbo veg, colocynth - you would need to read these and compare the symptoms of your babys colic to get the best match.
