jet lag help in 6 month old infant

Hello,

I will travelling from the UK to Canada in a few days time with my 6 month old baby. I always suffer greatly from jet lag so will be trying out the arnica 30c advice I found on this forum. I was wondering if there was anything suitable to try with a 6 month old baby. Any help will be greatly appreciated! He is a terrible sleeper already, so not looking forward to jet lag adding to the mix!

Thank you for your reply. I have a homeopathy basic kit from helios, and that is one of the remedies not in it. I have just ordered cocculus 200C and with any luck, it'll arrive on Saturday (we're flying out on Monday morning).

Just to clarify, do I give it to him on the day of travel, the day before or the day after?
