I have got the remedies:
Hypericum 200C
Sulphur 200C
Bryonia 30C
Thuja 200C
Merc Sol 200C
Alumen 3X

Current condition:
The hole is still open from the surface. The inside flesh feels healed. The lump next to the hole can still be felt although not so much. The pus is about less than 5 drops in quantity. The pus Color is red sometimes clear yellow sometimes.

I feel no pain no tenderness.

What remedies should I take next sir?

I have started taking Alumen 3X by itself.

After two days of Alumen 3X, this is the report:

Pus has decreased by 50%.

The color of the pus that came out while on this remedy was clear/colorless.

Although the lump size remains unchanged.

This tiny pellet sized lump is located just next to the hole or inside it.

The inside flesh that felt unhealthy before feels very healed now.

When checked inside the hole, the flesh inside looks to be building new healthy raw tissue.

Its just this tiny lump on the surface next to the hole that seems to be blocking the final stage?

Here are some more things I noticed:

-The buttocks muscles feel very strong, healthy, and painfree even when stretched.
-The lump (which is is painless when touched and felt. When intense pressure is applied, it hurts just a little.

Also is it a good idea to apply calendula tincture drops directly into the hole without dilution? Or is the alcohol going to damage the raw tissue?

Today was the 4th day of Alumen 3X.

Current Condition: Hole still feels like it is healing. On the fourth day, about two drops of pus came out. Color was yellow mixed with red.

What remedy should I take next?

I feel the lump has filled up with yellow pus again and hardened.

I have now started Berberis V Q as guided.

Also Dear sir please do not hesitate to instruct me to take higher strong dose remedies or multiple remedies at once. I'm in a desperate situation where I will try the strongest remedies regardless of side effects to get rid of this cursed lump.

Thank you so much for understanding me.

I have no pain whatsoever. Just when i lay down for a long period of time, i may feel that there is a tiny lump located just next to the hole. When i press that lump, a very small amount of pus comes out. Only when i apply full pressure on that tiny lump, i may feel a little bit of pain.

Bacteria in the tiny lump seems to be at its best at being stubborn and persistent for producing pus. When i take the homeopathic remedies, I can feel the effect straight in the cyst area like something is at work.

The lump has flattened out after a lot of pus and blood evacuated from the hole.

What remedy should I take so that whatever bacteria left in there does not reproduce and fill up again.

Thuja 200C? Sulphur 200? Merc Sol 200C?

Anything strong to dry it up completely? I want to finish it off so that it does not repeat its routine of filling up the bump.

Seems as if the last bit is getting pushed out. Because the lump has almost vanished.

There has been very little pus drainage that is orange in color during the last few days. The hole size is the same. The small rice looking particle in the middle of the hole still looks stuck in the same place. The small lump is also the same small size.

It is still persistent and looks unaffected and so stubborn.

Do you feel I should some stronger remedy now from the ones I ordered? I understand that the medicines may be too hard on me. But I am ready to take the effects. I need this out of my body sir please advise.

I can do everything normally. I do not feel pain or stretch pain anywhere anytime. Just when I sit on my butt for a period of time I realize there is a small lump just next to the sinus tract that isn't ready to go!

Please please sir advise me something that will attack this

Silicea 30C and 200C failed.
Myristica 200C worked temporarily busting the lump to leak all matter inside to outside.
Calc sulph 6X healed two of the three holes closing them completely.
Berberis vulgaris affected the bleeding positively.
Calendula q helped heal my inside flesh connected to the anus.
Calc sulph 200C didn't show much effect visually.
Kali iodide helped break down the hard nature of the lump down.

I have not yet tried

Merc sol 200C

Bryonia 30C

And I am very tempted to just take all the medicines to attack this cyst!

I would like to thank you for your patience and self-less helping nature.

Once again after setting my head straight, This is my dose:

-Hypericum 200C one dose in the morning

-Calendula Q three times a day

-Calc Sulph 6X three times a day

My frustration grows from the fact that I have been literally keeping myself still.
Are even light exercises and sweating not good while having the cyst? I am an athlete and this was my necessity to do which I have stopped since 3 months of nonactivity. Which is the only reason I would ask you this question again.

My mental symptoms: I feel hopeless and motivationless 90% of it sprouting from this condition. Otherwise I feel calm and not excited.

My physical symptoms: I feel lazy and sleepy most of the time. Seems to be no pain anywhere at all except on the tiny tiny lump. When I wake up early in the morning, the size of the hole is so small it almost looks as if it is completely healed. As the day progresses, the hole looks normal again. I can feel the hard small lump on the right cheek of the buttocks next to the hole.(joint to it)

When i press upon it, hardly any pain, but orange pus drops come out.

That is all sir.

There has been orange pus and pure blood in small quantity that is being evacuated through the hole.

The lump above the hole is smaller now and promotes throwing out pus when pressed upon.

The rice looking object in the middle of the hole inside has become constricted, smaller and changed to a brown scab-like color.

The hole from the surface looks smaller now.

Please advise what to do next sir

There has been no noticeable pus discharge during the last 2 days. Hardly Hardly half a drop.

When inspected inside the hole, the white rice shaped matter looks dried up, like a scab now brown in color.

Hole size from the surface also looks smaller.

Lump feels like there's nothing there.

But I can still find it although it is very much reduced to the tiniest size.
