Respected Dr.Nawaz,

There has been no noticeable pus discharge during the last 2 days. Hardly Hardly half a drop.

When inspected inside the hole, the white rice shaped matter looks dried up, like a scab now brown in color.

Hole size from the surface also looks smaller.

Lump feels like there's nothing there.

But I can still find it although it is very much reduced to the tiniest size.

your comments sir?

Update on the condition:

Although the hole is still there, the hole size from the surface is smaller than it was 2 weeks ago.

Pus quantity during the last week has been hardly half a drop a day.

Although the lump can still be felt when searched for, it is in the process of becoming slightly smaller and smaller everyday. Feels like there might be 3 to 4 drops of pus still lodged up in the lump.

Hopefully it will not increase back to its pellet sized size. other than that No pain, no complaints.

Please advise me what to do next?

Condition now:

The hole is the same very small size and appearance.

The stubborn lump just above the hole is back to its routine of inflating and becoming hard again. I apply pressure on it to evacuate the contents and it comes out through the hole. After evacuation, it is a little deflated again.

What came out was red and brown drops.

I have stopped all foods that can cause pus. I have also stopped being physically active. Stopped stressing in any way.

What remedy should I take next?

The tiny boil/lump is still pellet sized and it is not evacuating much pus although i can feel that there is some inside.

Pus that has come out so far has been colorless with a very light hint of yellow. Has strong offensive odor.

Hole size from the surface is the same.

If the lump is filled up, does that mean that there is still pus in the body? Or only in that little lump?

So ultimately when the pus finishes in the body, the pilonidal cyst heals itself?

I have started eating aloe vera for its antibacterial healing skin qualities. Hopefully it will help?

Will update you on the effect of the remedies after 3 days!

Apologies for the extra Q's.

The condition now: Hole size is the same. Looking good and healthy from outside except the small tiny hole that refuses to close. The tiny lump attached to the hole is painless but still pellet sized. Size changes from pellet size to flat size every other day.

I couldn't spot any pus discharge for the last week. Maybe half a drop that was colorless.

There are no negative symptoms. No pain. I feel absolutely normal except I restrict bending down or stretching the lower body at all.

Just need this lump to disappear and the hole to close.

What remedy should I take next sir?

Condition now: I seem to feel very normal now. Energy levels are much better. The tiny lump has stayed tiny but has not yet completely disappeared. It seems to be getting weaker and healing a little bit everyday. There has been no signs of pus or blood or discharges.

The hole is 50% tinier with the inside dried. But the hole is still not closed. Feels like the body has forgotten that there is an open hole there! Inside the hole, flesh seems to be very strong and matured. But the rice looking particle has still not detached itself from inside the middle of the hole. And the hole has not yet closed.

Other than that, I feel completely normal with no pain, irritation, or complaints.

Please advise what to do next sir

Mental Symptoms: Relaxed and positive with a lot of motivation.

I feel comfortable in a weather that is neither too cold or too hot. I dislike humidity and heat. I can tolerate summer, no problems but I do not like it. I like mild winter temperatures more.

Usually my body feels healthy warm and metabolism high.

My anger is very much under control. Relaxed positive attitude takes care of that.

Condition now: The hole from outside has showed signs of further healing and is now even smaller!

The lump that has finally stopped becoming bigger every other day and now stays an extremely small size. The tiny lump is also no longer hard. Feels very beaten down and weaker everyday.

Everything feels good and normal. Just waiting for the hole to completely close up now.

Wow what a lengthy but miraculous process!

I'm still taking daily dose Hypericum 200C. Maybe that's helping healing the hole?

What should I do next sir?

A very eventful day yesterday.

The one last small hole that closed up. That was good to see for me. But suddenly pain and sensitiveness started to occur around the buttocks area again. Tolerable pain while sitting down.

I looked to see if something was wrong and after the top hole closed, the middle hole opened again! It leaked lots and lots of pus and blood. It was a disappointing and confusing sight for me after thinking that i was finally cured fully. But it seems the small pellet sized boil is making outlets for the pus to exit somehow.

I feel much better now that the pus is out. While the pus was coming out, a thick knot collection of hair was also expelled from the hole.

Thank god it is not as bad as it was. The area still looks healthy, no swelling or no red inflammation.

Just when the hole was expelling pus, the color inside the hole was red.

Please help Dr.Nawaz. What should I do?
