This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have seen a variety of results in patients coming to me from other practitioners who do this.

Same thing can happen here that happens on single remedies, but there are more opportunities for the problems to occur and it is harder to clean up the mess, or to manage the case long term.

Multiple remedies means

1. if there is an aggravation, or a proving, you often cannot tell which remedy is doing it, so you have to stop them all, or will have trouble antidoting. Which one do you antidote? If you have to antidote them all, you run a risk of creating even more provings and aggravations because of the number of remedies you have to keep giving.

2. if the patient experiences improvement, it is difficult to know how to progress. Which remedy helped? How many of the remedies are wrong? If you repeat the wrong remedy, will you then get side effects and proving symptoms? If you need to move to a complementary remedy, which remedy do you use as the indicator for the right complementary? If you need to address the miasm, which nosode would you use?

3. what if two of the chosen medicines are inimical (similar enough to each other to cancel each other out)? This would mean it appears that neither remedy worked, when in fact one may have been correct but was neutralized by the other.

I find it a very very difficult situation to have to deal with, and it often requires going all the way back to the beginning and starting from scratch with such patients, since the use of multiple remedies has made it imposssible to determine anything useful from the treatment. Which remedy helped, which one harmed them, which one do you avoid, which one do you build on for further treatment. It is usually a real mess.
