semen Loss

I m lossing semen while stool,my testis get very tight in morning after tea and after that while going for stool i use too loss semen at last or sometime while passing stool my penis get hard testis get tight
secondly I loss some white color sticky transparent fluid after dinner and after tea
Previously i m suffering form UTI and found small cystic on prostrate.
Already taken selenium ,phosphorus acid its wok but increse heat of body and cause itching in hair after eating spicy

I m big prover of hpathy medicine.but problem is that i m not getting proper diagnosis
I also have problem related to digestion my food fermented in stomach after eating and cause gases and increase heat in body and resulted into diarrhea and get relief after taking ciproflacxine or after clearing full stomach
