hair fall for 27yr old male

hello , I am a 27 yr old male and I loose 20-30 hair fall for last 10yrs .Now my hair is very thin and need help before it's too late .
at present I had single dose of acid flour 200c .Along with it I am taking 5 tab twice of natrum mur 6x as prescribed by Dr Zahid .
I was browsing through the posts of this forum and I came to know that Kali sulph 6x is good for hairfall and dandruff by Dr Wilway .
I also read about Dr Joe De Livera's therapy of 1 drop of Arnica 30c in 400ml mineral water and dosage 1 teaspoonful twice daily .
So I am using Kali sulph and Arnica 30c as well.
But I have constipation problem and if I don't smoke ,my stomach is never clear .
Does homeopathy medicine work along with smoking?What kind of foodstuff should I avoid for homeopathy medicine to work correctly?
I would love to hear from Dr Wilway and Dr Joe along with others . Please help ..

Though Smoking is very bad for health every one knows that but although u can take Homeopathic medicines while u have such a bad habit. but u have to take care of that u dont smoke before and after at least 1 hour from ur medicine dose. It will work for u I think.

Take Nat mur 200c a dose daily at morning 30 min before breakfast and take Selenium 200c one dose at night before 30 min from dinner. It works faster and better than Arnica as far as I have handled this types of cases before.

200c potency means either liquid form or pellet form. If liquid than two drops of liquid mix with a cup of water is called a dose and for pellets 2-4 pellets means a dose. I prefer u to take liquid form not pellets. But there is no tablet form of 200c potency medicine as far as I know in this world.
