Right side headache

i was having slight headache since morning on sunday. to add to it i applied henna on my hair. The climate was very cold that day. The headache aggravated and Now the headache is still continuing for five days. The headache occurs in right side when i bow down or when i bend the right side and some times there is absolutely no headache. Pls suggest some remedy for this pulsating headache.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take

1. Sanguineria-30 6 pills 3 times a day
2. Belladona-30 6 pills 3 times a day.

Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between above two medicines
Pl give feedback after 3-4 days
