Homeopathic Medication side effects

I m taking a homeopathic medication which has the following

Aurum metallicum 12X, Chimaphila umbellata 4X, Conium maculatum 12X, Hepar sulphuris calcareum 12X, Pareira brava 6X, Populus tremuloides 3X, Petroselinum sativum 6X, Sabal serrulata 3X, Staphysagria 12X

but this is causing side effects like increased gum sensitivity .. is there ny way to avoid this ? .. . how about i directly swallow the tablet ? will this decrease the effectiveness of the tablet .?
