burning mouth syndrome

On November 21, 2011 I went for a CT Scan for the head. Within 20 seconds or so I could feel my mouth, throat, eyes and nose roasting like a chiken. Now on March 1 my mouth and throat are still burning, my eyes are teary and my nose is still burning. An Oral Specialist said I may have the Burning Mouth Syndrome. My question is: do you think I was actually burnt by the CT Scan during the procedure or it's just a coincidence? Thank you a thousand times for your reply. Dior

I want to thank you for your prompt answers! My question though was whether you believe the CT Scan actually did something to me. My eyelids were swollen and red for more than a month and then they started peeling off. I've never had problems with them before. I almost lost my sense of smell and I feel my nose is burning, too. This is aside from my mouth and my throat as you realize. Any suggestions here, please? Thanks a million, Dior

Hi-it sure does not sound random.
And you would have to get a lawyer
I think to get at this-if you are in USA.

Maybe the CT machine was having
a problem or incorrectly tuned?
by someone not trained properly or it
was not checked right. If it was
the CT machine I am sure you are
not the only one this happened to-

They had some hospitals where I am
having their laser machines on way
too high bc the doctors misunderstood
the directions-and cases where
things were malfunctioning.

What is weird is that Dr.s order
CT scans to diagnose burning
mouth syndrome! I think you
need to check with a personal
injury lawyer where you don't pay anything unless they win the case.

And also find out if a Dr. can
check for if you have radiation
damage??? that would pinpoint
the ct machine.

the co incidence of this does
seem unlikely that you got this
from some other source bc you
said it was 'burning you' Really
see if you can be checked for
radiation type damage.

Dior

The homeopathic medicines are not selected on the basis of CT scan and the other lab reports. They are symptom based. Therefore you start taking the medicnes and give me your feedback after 15 days of treatment.

Dear Dr.

Obviously our treatment is symptom based but CT scan and other medical reports are also part os pathological symptoms. So they r really important to us for selecting a perfect remedy.

Maximum Dr. of homeopathy ignores this symptoms that is y they says perfect symptom selection also can fail a medicine in some patients cases.
