obesity and pain in feet.

my sister of age 28 is excessively obese.
Her thyroid function is normal,uric acid is normal but she is gaining weight day by day and she experinces pain in the feet while walking(running is out of imagination)

She never eats more which is a typical reason for gaining weight.

Please share some solution if there is one in homeopathy.

If she has scanty menses,
ask her to take three doses of Graphites 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects in next 15 days.

If she has profuse menses,
ask her to take three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects in next 15 days.
