Social Anxiety Ruining my life,Pls help!!..Kind attn:Dr.Pankaj Varma
I am a 35 year old Male from india working in the IT industry.Since Childhood i have had difficulty in concentrating on studies and a constant
fear of being teased at and extreme fear of being the center of attention,
like being called to the black board to solve a math equation or read out a poem. I have
always tried to avoid such situations, but when such situation arises
i blush and turn beat red and my hands and legs start to tremble and
my voice gets very un-steady.Also due to my features(fair skin and brown hair) i was always the odd
man out among kids and was a easy target to be picked on.
I have these panic attacks even in interviews
where only one person is interviewing me(fear of being judged), but if i`m in
a meeting with my manager im normal. I am very sensitive and brood on
the slightest comment passed by friends/family and when i`m alone or walking alone
i am engrossed in thought and appear absent minded.
Due to these issues i have not been very successful in career while most of
my colleagues are in good positions. I have tried Alopathy medicine but i had to stop due to the side effects. Please Help!

Day-15 Second dose of (4 Drops)of lycopodium 1m with 1 Table Spoon water at evening time.

very sorry to get this sad news about dr verma.we lost a good homoeopath and a good friend also .i was not aware as i was away from this forum due to certain reason ..continue with the post you have rightly understood the medicines and you can take with berberis these medicines but with a gap of one hour between the brberis and other j k mohla
