Stuttering

Sir,
My age is 22 and i have been stammering since i were 4 years old.My teacher scolded me in school and i were very scared since that time i were stammering due to it i am not properly able to share my views with anyone.Due to fear of stammer in front of everyone my self confidence is zero and if i were stammers in front of someone i am easily embaressed. And i am a very shy, introvert and short-tempered guy, the same reason i think due to stammering.I am really confused during talking and in a very short span of time i usually forgot the things. My concentration power is also very weak. But sometimes i also realize that my brain is not cop up with ma brain, means my brain transmits message fast but my tongue cannot speak that fast and i stutter at that time.I also have allergic cold and tonsilitis in throat. Please tell me the fast and effective remedy to overcome this problem as soonest as possible because i have an interview and group discussions in some colleges and i am also prepairng TOEFEL exam so doctor i have to cured before that. Please help me.
