This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Someone gave you two remedies at once? Then it will be impossible to know what each remedy did. That makes things much more difficult. Was there any positive effect? Did you put those remedies into the same cup of water (together) and take them?

well i was feeling pain in my lower left abdomen and left testicle...i used the two remedies at once, 3+3 drops each in same glass. Pain was less but not vanished completely. but after 7-8 days it again came back with more pain. so i left this.

I notice that you asked a question about homoeopathic restrictions in another thread.
Seeing as how you are under my care, it is necessary to advise you that those restrictions around coffee, food, tea, aromatic substances etc. are irrelevent to homoeopathic treatment. They will not affect the action of the remedy in any way.
The only restriction that you must observe, is not to use any other kind of medicine to palliate or suppress your symptoms while the prescribed homoeopathic medicine is working. No ointments, no cough medicines, no sleeping tablets and so on. This is the only important consideration.

Should i start directly with 2-3 drops of sulphur 200c in 62ml of water, stir it, take 2 teasepon and throw rest of water?
what sould be the specific time to take this medicine?? before meal or after meal? in morning or bed time?
Please also mention number of dosages.

CORRECTION: Sorry, i just overlooked that its a 1 dose of sulphur.

If you cannot make a proper dosing bottle, it is not going to last very long. This will cause complications for later management of your case.
Alcohol is necessary to preserve the remedy.
We will not know if the remedy has stopped working because it has lost it potency, or because it is no longer appropriate.
Make the dosing bottle without alcohol for the moment. We will have to sort out how to deal with this problem later.
It is unimportant when you take the medicine.

Blood in semen is called hematospermia. Before prescribing any medicines though homeopathy medicines also it is required to diagnose the case. So the plan of treatment will be accordingly. There are many cause of hematospermia. It could be due to any benign or malignant growth in bladder to testes ( can be confirmed after CTScan or USG and PSA report and biopsy of prostate gland), It could be by any infection like ctomegalovirus (CMV), chlymida, or epididymitis ( in all those case there will be pain and inflamatory condition), Renal calculi also can not be excluded, even tubercular infection also can not excluded. So go for USG or CTScan of lower abdomen, Blood test for DC, TLC,ESR,PSA, FBS Urine test. After the goint through the report the detail case history should be taken . Then the treatment plan will be fixed. The constitutional homoeopathic treatment as well as clinical homoeopathic treatment will be applied for your case. Thank you

I just prepared my dose as per your directions 'without' alcohol. Kept it as per your advise in a separate bottle. Have taken the 1st dose a while ago with empty stomach. I have prepared the 1st dose in 62ml of water and have taken 2 teasponse and rest of dose i have floated. Shall update you in the evening my experience.
If you need me to notice something important, please let me know, so that i may also focus on that point as well.

Dear David,
Bellow is my inputs, after having 1st dose of Sulphur as per your advise.
1- Pain in left testicle was dull before but after 3-4 hrs of taking medicine, it increased, a sharp wave of pain rises after evry 20-30 mins. There is very dull pain in lower left abdomen
2- Pain is more when i sit and less when stand.
3- I am feeling much sleepy after taking medicine.
4- I felt too much thirst after first two hours of taking medicine.
5- I have a feeling either i would be cured or not, all the day i am restless thinking this, havent concentrate on any of my work properly.
Its all from my side. Please ask if you need to know something else?

It is too soon to be making decisions. Remedies take weeks to work. There will be aggravation starting in the first 3 days. It will often persist for up to 7 days after which improvement should start to show. After 10-14 days the changes should be stable enough to judge what to do next.

ONE dose only. You must pay attention to my instructions so you don't get into trouble taking too much or doses at the wrong time. The aggravation has happened, now we wait to see if any improvement comes.

I have got urine examination. everything is ok except the following.

Is it part of aggravation? I am depressed and affraid, also i have had a dream today that i have a cyst on my lower left abdomanal area where i have the pain, i wokeup all of sudden and after that couldnt sleep due to fear, depression and anxiety.

2- Pain(sharp pinching like needle is inserted)in lower left abdomen which moved to right side as well 1-2 times in whole day. Still i am feeling same pain.
3- Heaviness in scrotum as of last day.
4- After urination in the morning, when i have checked my urine, there is lot of foam in the pot, which decreased by time during the day.
5- 2,3 drops of fresh Blood is coming when i finish urination and straining for clearance of urine from Urethera.
6- I felt very sharp needle pinching pain in my urethera today 4/5 times which lasted only 1-2 seconds and vanished.
7- I am not sleeping properly, once i woke up, i couldnt sleep again. due to fear in mind of blood in urine and semen. All the time this fear is in my mind,and i really couldnt concentrate on any thing. All the time i was and am depressed, tensed, afraid of this and thinking about future, about my marriage etc.
These symptoms are almost same as of last year(15 months before).
I am leaving for meeting out station and shall return after 3 days. Should i take the Bottke for split dose which i have prepared as per your advise so that when you advise, i should take without delay.
Please review all above conditions which i am facing now and advise me.

I don't need daily reports. A report at the end of 7 days is sufficient.
If your symptoms are worse than before taking the remedy, then yes it could be an aggravation. The only way to know for sure is when the improvement begins.

in connection of above post, there are some new symptoms like pain in the area from rectum to scrotum,foam in urine,dark color or urine(rusty dark brown- have seen just once) are all the part of aggravation or its something different.
my physical state of minde is totally disturb due to my this illness and above new symptoms. Fear,anxiety and sleeplessness is major factor. Appreciate ur comments on above.

After 7 days we will assess. There is no point in assessing every day or every few hours. It takes time for the remedy to create the changes that lead to cure - we need to give your vital force time to do that. I cannot, nor should I, offer comment on every daily coming and going of symptoms. It is the big picture we are interested in.
