Below are my comments, which are most likely the same as of 21-May-12 with few changes, i would request you to please have a close look(as you did before) and let me know the next step to be taken to proceed further.

today is 7th day since i have taken Nux Vomica 200c remedy as per your advise. Below are symptoms i have noticed. i also had night fall on 21-May-12 and the color of semen was bloody red. Also at the start of ejaculation, i felt burning lasting for 2-3 sec and after that its vanished.
OLD symptoms:
After taking remedy, 2 days were just like i have no pain either in lower left abdomen and left testes. but after that i have Pain in left testes - Better 10% decreased
Pain in lower left abdomen - Better - 10% decreased
Blood is comming in urine while straining for stool - same
Blood also comes while straining for clearance of urethera after urination - Same
Urine is scanty like shower after passing the stool and become two way like < when pressure of urine flow is low - Better 20%
New Symptoms
I have a night fall on 21-May-12 morning and the color of semen is Bloody red. After urinating, i have seen some very small particles like sand grains, sticking on the commode pot, where urine usually fall.
During and After passing stool when urine is also passing, same small bloody particles i have seen which is now more in qty say 10-15/stool at time of passing stool and after urination when i tried to strain out the remaining urine from urethera 4-5 fresh red blood drops along with small red particles comes out.
Heaviness in scrotum when stand up from comode after passing the stool.
Mental Condition:
Worse than before, all time i am depressed, tensed, cant sleep well, and cant concentrate on any work properly. Thinking all the time when i may be cured? May i be or not etc.
May you please review the case and let advise me further action in this regard. i also have got the medicinal Alcohol and shall prepare the split dose per your instruction.

In continuation to above post, i just wake up 10 mins ago and felt that i had a night fall again...i immediately rush to washroom and checked, yes,....i had a nightfall...the color of the semen is fresh blood red as its totally disolved in semen...i m feeling pain of weakness in my both legs and left knee....please review this additional point which just happen today alongwith above description and advise.

I am glad your test were fine. However
have you had a urologist give you
an exam?
If not I suggest you do that bc they can
tell you what is going on to put your
mind at ease.

David has not been posting on forum
since May 22, where he had only
2 small posts about homeopathic education.
You might know that several months ago
he was very ill and stopped treating
everyone. No one knows what is going
on with him or has heard from him.
One of his patients in Australia is trying
to call and find out.
so I don't think you are going to be
getting any replies anytime soon. I
would go to the urologist if I were you,
and get exam - then I would change
your headline and ask for another
person on here if you cannot go
see a homeopath where you are.
