Hi Tasbih,
I am still crying at the smallest thing that is wrong.
My stomach pain is less but feels heavy.
Body pain is less but very tense shoulders andpain on shoulder area.
My weight has gone up in the past week.
i still want to be left alone.
I have very low self esteem. i have no confidence in myself and am scared to meet people because i don't want to hear any critism from them.
As i was growing up, i was always compared with my sister and was critized about my looks,colour and how smart she is in business and i am very soft and gullible. i always used to be in a shell.All those feelings seem to come back and i am feeling very down thinking about all this.
Tasbih, i feel like i have always tried my best to please everyone but i have pleased no one. i lack self love. i have put a very small value on myself so why should i expect anyone to think highly of me. My whole life has been based on what people think of me wherever i go. and now i don't feel like going anywhere because i am scared of what they will tell me.
I am sorry ,i know i have asked you to help me on my fear but i don't know why my inferiority complex is also bothering me.
I will buy the kali carb and wait for you to let me know what i should do next.

You do not need to feel inferior in asking anything from me. You try to please others just because now a days you are lacking self confidence and trust me once your confidence is restored, you will not try to please others. I understand your feeling and I am like your friend, so you can share with me anything you want. If you need a bit privacy, I can give you my personal email id.
That are many people who have faced much more traumatic experiences than yours but that fear got an hold in your economy just because your nervous system is weak and all that love lack thing you are experiencing just because of that weakness only.
You will have to tell me about your diet and daily routine also, when you sleep, what you eat, do you watch TV, movies and other things?
Few months back i treated a lady who was suffering with great lack of nervous weakness. Her condition was very bad that even if she is about to buy gold in few days and you tell her that gold prices are rising, she starts crying and even may faint just because gold prices were rising. I think i need to tell you more about me because i want to get sorted out once and for all. i am always living in fear and social phobia and i feel one day my kids will grow up and i did not get time with them because i am in this condition.

Hi Tabish,
i have started the chelidonium remedy. Today is the first day. it has just been a few hours since i have taken it but i am feeling more nauseous, very very depressed, have a pain in my chest and can't stop crying.i am feeling very tired and irritated and just want to be left alone. i also have a pain in my abdomen area.
