1: Where your tongue is exactly coated, center? middle? root?
2: Are you chilly or hot? like hot or cold bath?
3: hair dry? or moist?
4: What is your sex routine? masturbate? how many times? what you feel after ejaculation?
5: how you say you have IBS? when it is worst?

Whole tongue is white coated or sometimes yellow-white coated. Coating is more dense at the center and root of the tongue.
2: Are you chilly or hot? like hot or cold bath?
Body temperature remains normal. I like bathing with hot water.
3: hair dry? or moist?
Hairs are extremely dry since childhood. Everyday I have to apply oil on my hairs after bathing to have managed hairs throughout the day. Otherwise my hairs after drying become like bushes.
4: What is your sex routine? masturbate? how many times? what you feel after ejaculation?
Never had a sexual intercourse, so no sex routine. I am masturbating since I was 15, frequency is 1 or 2 times a day. Since about 1-2 years I feel guilty about my habit and want to get rid of this. Since then I am having weak erections and after ejaculation I feel guilty and think of not doing this again. But I am not able to get rid of this because its my only stress buster.
5: how you say you have IBS? when it is worst?
I was diagnosed with IBS, anxiety disorder and positive hand tremors in 2009. Since then I had constantly loose stools for about a year until I turned to homeopathy. Even homeopathic remedies didn't affected me so I left them. Then automatically my loose stools problem decreased. Now I get loose stools only when I feel anxiety. Otherwise stools remain always constipated.

Anxiety, I can explain it as a very unpleasent emotional state or an unexplainable & uncontrollable fear, tension or worry over everyday things such as health issues, family problems, friend problems, relationship problems or work difficulties.
It doesn't 'feels' as such at a particular place. It is all in mind. However when anxiety is very severe I do get sinking feeling in abdomen along with flatulence, hand tremors, very rapid pulse rate and heart beat, dry mouth, hot flashes, shortness of breath etc., not all of these together but some at one time and some at other.
2: how you get anxious?
There are many things, events or instances that cause anxiety to me. I think a lot about everything and so it increases my worries. As I have already said above that daily routines cause anxiety.
Apart from those some particular special examples that cause anxiety are:
- I can't bear disappointments and embarassments.
- Anxious about own physical appearance and very critical about how other perceive me.
- I also suffer from 'Agoraphobia' or social anxiety disorder, so I always avoid wide open crowded places as well as social gatherings. This particular problem gets somewhat reduced by Lycopodium.
- Anxiety whenever I have to talk with someone whom I don't know, on phone or in person.
- Very critical of my self-esteem or prestige and can't bear any damage to it.
Right now, only these things have come up to my mind but these are all main points i can think of.

Your body is not showing real symptoms that can lead to any perticuler medicine. situation like this arises when many medications are taken and you didnt allow your body to develop real symptoms.
now, you will have to be paitent and follow as i say. take following:
Sulpher 1M
4 pills, just single dose. early in the morning.
then wait. let it boost your immune and it may reveal what is hidden behind.
no other medication allowed. if you develop, skin issues, loose motion or any other thing, you need to update me.
if you loose paitence, then no one will be able to help you. you will keep jumping from this forum to another and from one doctor to another. they will all make your case complicated and you will end up with using antidepressant for the rest of your life.
i am here for you and will be seeing your progress very carefully.

I took Sulphur 1M as advised by you and it has been 15 days since I have taken the remedy. Till now I have noticed no effect.
What should I do now? Should I wait more?

Physical symptoms are same as before and there is no change. Mental symptoms are more worse than before. It is not due to the remedy but due to the daily ongoing events of my life. These days I am depressed to the highest extent and suicidal thoughts are running constantly in my mind.
- Depressed and loathing about my life
- Confused state of mind
- Very lethargic as I have much work pending to do but I'm mentally too tired to start anything
- Feeling that I have failed in my life and my whole life is ruined as people around me are succeeding and getting better than me which is kind of untolerable to me

Please help me out. My mental state is deteriorating. Unnecessary worries and tensions keep running through my mind. This keeps me awake till late at night and I can't get to sleep. There is great feeling of mental restlessness. I want my mind to calm down.
I even can't understand why remedies don't work on me. From the limited knowledge of homeopathy remedies that I have I can relate myself constitutionally to two remedies - nat mur & lycopodium. But even they don't work as a constitutional remedy should.
