Difficulty in sleeping in night GERD, RefluxI have been suffering from digestion problem for last 1 year. I have difficulty in sleeping because of acid reflux. I am on naxium now but still in morning I feel uncomfortable. I am quite healthy but my digestive system is not good. I eat healthy and my weight is regular. recently, I tried probiotic and it helped me. Now if I east and then take one pill of probiotic then I dont feel that food is coming up but still in might I have to take nexium. I want to get out of this medicine and I am willing to do anything but I want to have good night sleep. I dont have any other issue other than digestive problem. I recently did colon cleansing using organic stuff and it helped me a lot in bowl movement but not in acid reflux. Please suggest some remedy.

nawzkhan and click on any of his
threads to see the intake form. Fill
that out as best you can for proper look
at you. Someone will get back to you
Also the probiotic-you can take it as
much as 3 times a day to repopulate
the gut bacteria ( it should have at least
8 strains of good bacteria in it) this often
needs to be done for a few weeks at
least, especially if you have had antibiotics in the past. Then you could
go to one a day. The fact that probiotic
is helping even tho small, means
your gut bacteria need boosting.
