Dear Asad,
I have just been with fever and with flu, I think.
It happen me something strange, I am having an episode of Herpes in a dry zone near my anus. It is the first time this happen to me.
What can I do? Is it normal?
I am starting to think that everytime I stop taking homeopathy, I have an herpes episode. Also when I take the 3 remedies at the same time I loose my libido.

Kindly post your current mental & physical symptoms in detail. Also explain in detail the current episode of herpes (in detail). Is it itchy, painful, pinching, burning etc & any type of secretion. If yes then color & nature of secretion?
About the libido, are you sure that your natural libido is lost? Asking this because in case of herpes & other genital diseases, a false desire & libido is felt which is annoying infact due to continuous itching in the genital organs. So if itching is controlled, the libido returns to the natural level. Anyway, I am not concluding anything about that rather would like to you to re-thing your current symptoms & post them here. I will then re-visit your case accordingly.

About my mentals symptoms, I could tell you that the 5th day of treatment, I started to feeling very angry, irritable with other people, distressed, worried about the present and the future, with sadness, almost three days, always starting near 19 hs.
Physically now i feel with muscular pains, mucus, fever, flu symptoms.
About the herpes, I have little sores on the skin, the pain is just like others episodes, pricking or stinging, more painfull when I touch it. It's placed around 2 cm of my anus perimetre. Without secretions or just a little one, colorless.
About my libido, you are right what you tell me, maybe the fact that the herpes is more often, makes me think that my libido has gone, but likewise i note that when I start with my break, I feel more sexual desire.

Hope you are doing good. Sorry for a very late response. I was away from this forum for some days.
Now coming to your current state, this is common with herpes virus that it changes its shapes & target spots. But don't worry, I told you that this treatment will take time & needs patience. So please bear with me. Please get hold of the following remedies:
1- Sepia 1000 (just one single mono dose is required)
2- Thuja Occ-200
Once you get the remedies, take the one single dose of Sepia-1000 & then wait for next 3 days without taking any remedy. Then after 3 days, take one dose of Thuja Occ-200 once every 5th day. Please report your symptoms after taking the one or two doses of Thuja.
Lastly, I would again say that genital herpes are very recursive & need patience, so don't get discouraged. These will be cured for sure.

How many drops of each remedy do I have to take?
Just to understand, Do I have to take Thuja 3 days after finishing with the 23 days of having taken Sepia (so on the 26th day), right?
Now, I am taking the 3 remedies once every day, do I have to finished with them (10 days)? Or I do stop with those remedies, for taking Sepia?
I have no episode since 28/07. I have been nervous since 03/08.

Now coming to your current queries; Yes please stop all other remedies & take one dose of Sepia-1000 & then after 3 days, take Thuja-200 once every 5th day.
1 dose of Thuja or Sepia = 4 drops of remedy in half cup of water or put 4 pills of remedy directly on the tongue & let them dissolve without taking water.

It is OK if you have taken only 2 doses of Thuja. 2 doses of Thuja are enough. Please post you current condition of herpes & other symptoms as well. Kindly take another dose of Sepia-1000c & then after 3 days, take Graphites-200 as explained below:
1- Graphites-200
Dosage:
Day-1: 4 drops in half cup of water or put 4 pills directly in your mouth & chew slowly without taking water with medicine.
Day-4: 4 drops in half cup of water or put 4 pills directly in your mouth & chew slowly without taking water with medicine.
Day-7: 4 drops in half cup of water or put 4 pills directly in your mouth & chew slowly without taking water with medicine.
Day-10: 4 drops in half cup of water or put 4 pills directly in your mouth & chew slowly without taking water with medicine.
Day-13: 4 drops in half cup of water or put 4 pills directly in your mouth & chew slowly without taking water with medicine.
Day-16: 4 drops in half cup of water or put 4 pills directly in your mouth & chew slowly without taking water with medicine.
After day 16 till day 19, put a gap & don't take any remedy. Then from day 20 onwards till day 29, revert back to the first prescription. i.e. take Arnica-200, Arsenic-200 & Ledum-200 as below:

Day-22: Each remedy 3 times a day.

Great to know that herpes did not come back. In fact you are good patient as mostly people run away after few weeks of treatment. I hope that herpes will not come back but still I think you should repeat the above treatment plan once more but start with 1 dose of Sepia-1000c,then three days break, skip Thuja & take graphites-200c for 16 days as earlier & then Arnica, Ledum & Arsenic. Same as you did earlier. Just Skip THuja.

I've noticed that have returned some headaches, but with respect to herpes I'm fine, no episodes.

I wanted you to know that I have not had more episodes of herpes since August 2012, so I am very happy and grateful for this forum and especially with AsadGumman.
As well explains Simone, homeopathy is very individual, and we have tried many options to find the best for my body and mind. sometimes it was very hard but thank God I had a good result.
I recommend you that try answering the questionnaire and asking for help. and above all, take it easy. the best for me is just 'let it go' and feel good emotionally.
