This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
No that is not normal. That would be considered an unwanted side effect, that happens usually when our medicines are used incorrectly.

It is likely that your constipation has been suppressed not cured, and it has now transferred the problem elsewhere. What may happen eventually is that the constipation will return and you will be stuck with the boils as well.

This 'medicine' you are using is not homoeopathic. Homoeopathic refers to the method by which the medicine is chosen, and it has not been chosen according to the principles of homoeopathy. We do not choose a medicine on the basis of the name of your complaint, nor do we mix a variety of remedies together.

Because the principles were not heeded, you have experienced side effects, which can last a long time in homoeopathy, if not for good. The only way to correct the problem is to have a homoeopath prescribe the right way for you - taking the whole case, prescribing individually based on your peculiar symptoms, and prescribing only one remedy at a time. This should clear up all problems you have, whether new or old.

Please keep using the same medicine. It is a good sign that the infections that were inside your body are thrown out & that appeared in the groin area. The boils will start decreasing & will soon disappear. If do not decrease in a week, then come back, will suggest you some other remedy.

My professional advice is NOT to keep using the same medicine. Be warned that using our medicines in ways that contradict with our guidelines is very risky.

Basic rule from Organon of Medicine - if a new symptom appears, it is most likely a proving symptom or a symptom that has appeared because the original problem was suppressed, and the medicine MUST be stopped. To remove such a symptom the whole case needs to be taken again, and a new medicine applied.

It is irresponsible to suggest that someone continue taking a medicine that has created new symptoms in them. Direction of Cure only refers to current symptoms aggravating or old symptoms reappearing. It does NOT refer to completely new symptoms appearing.

I cannot count the number of patients I have seen that had a new symptom or set of symptoms created by homoeopaths who completely misunderstood this guiding principle. There is always some kind of trouble created by ignoring the basic rules of prescribing and management.

Hi adi25041992,

Sorry for misunderstanding your case. It was my mistake as I overlooked the words 'two months'. This is too much of time to settle down aggrevation/proving symptoms. I thought you have just started taking the medicine. Dr. David is right here. You must stop that medicine immediately & get your case reaccessed by a homeopath.

Thanks David for pointing out the mistake timely.

Thanks a lot for your valuable replies. I really appretiate your involvement.

I have stopped taking the medicine as per your guidance.

I looked up and found that Pulsatilla Nigricans acts as an antidote for almost all of the constituents of the medicine that I have been taking.

And luckily I have it Pulsatilla Nigricans 200 lying around at my place.

So would you recommend taking it?
