Hair thinning

Hi
I am 27yrs female.I am losing lot of hair every day and getting small bald spots all over my head and my frontline is going up,my hair which was so thick became thin.i tried all alopathy which didnt work so now for a month am taking homeopathy medicine kali phos 30,arnica 30 but tat is also not stopping my hairfall...
I am having dandruff
(1)when i rub the itching region small greesy white things stick in my finger and nail,
2)and i have pain r buring sensation if i press the itching region,
3)After taking bath i can see some white patchy thing in my forehead)...

I am having this pain in my eye socket(i dont know if its sinus) n tingling in my ears always...please any one help and will my hair in frontline grow back

Please get hold of the following remedies:

1- Bacillinim-200 (Once in a week)

2- Natrum Mur-30 (Once daily)
3- Teucrium Marum-30 (Once daily)
4- Picric Acid-30(Once daily)

Dosage:

4 drops of medicine in half cup of water 30 min before or after meal.
