Chronic Gastritis for last 9 years

I am 33. I have GERD for last 9 years. I am on PPI(Omeprazole) since then. I do not suffer any acidity due to regular use of PPI.

I just had my upper GI Endoscopy last week and the doctor told me that the mouth of my stomach has widened and the stomach valve sphincter has relaxed. The biopsy report states that there is no malignancy and there is no infection or bacteria, it is just chronic gastritis. Doctor also told me that there is some swelling in the stomach.

I have reflux for last 9 years and belching with food ingredients which start an hour after the meal. For last one year, i am also having shortness of breath soon after eating. If i eat only 50% of my appetite then no shortness of breath. I do not have any problem of constipation or lack of appetite etc. I do crave for sweets after meal. I also feel lot of thirst after meals and after taking tea or even after eating sweets. I do feel mild pain in the stomach between my ribs when i breath in, just where food pipe joins the stomach. I am on strict diet and do not eat junk food, no spicy foods, walk daily, dinner 3 hours before sleeping etc.

I assume homeopathic medicine takes lots of time to show effect but i still want to try it.

Myth: Homeopathy takes a long time to cure.
Fact: Homeopathy is not slow to cure.

To understand this, one has to understand the basic principle underlying homeopathy. Homeopathic medicines work on the principle of like cures like. This means that a similar impression like that of the disease is given to the body in the from of medicine. This in turn incites a small reaction in the body which fights the disease. In simpler terms, it means that homeopathic medicines stimulate body’s own healing processes. This is the basic principle of homeopathy, so the speed at which homeopathic medicines cure a disease is largely governed by the way our natural restorative process of our body respond. Thus Homeopathic medicines are not slow in action they are as slow or as fast as our body’s healing system reacts.

2) Carduus Marianus Q (Mother Tincture).
3) Nat. Phos. 6x (Biochemic).
4) Nux. Vom. 200 (Liquid Dilution).

Start taking medicines in the following order as explained below:

Level 1) Day 1 to Day 3 = Nux .Vom. 200.
Take one dose of Nux .Vom. 200, early morning empty stomach. Repeat for three days.

One dose means.
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3-4 drops of medicine in some half cup (Approx. 3 sip) water and stir with spoon. Sip up the content.

Level 2) Day 4 to Day 10.

Take three tabs of Nat. Phos 6x one hour before each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Continue for seven days.
-------

Make sure you keep all medicines away from direct sunlight, strong smell, strong heat zone (keep it in a dark cool place away from allopathic medicines). Also make sure the dropper is fitted with the bottle, else use separate dropper for different medicine for making doses, this will avoid unnecessary contamination.
Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine and brushing of teeth one hour before or one hour after taking the medicine. These restrictions need to be followed each time you take homeopathy medicines during the treatment.

Please do update me after completing each level.

Note: You can stop(Omeprazole) day before you start with level one. Since you are taking sweet after food, you can have jaggery (no other sweet will do). White sugar is out from your daily menu instead replace with natural honey.

Blessings & Prayers,
Nikkie.
