Breast enlargement

I m. 28years old unmarried one. I am 58kg and 160cm height. I am typically lean. From 8th standards I have breast enlargement. I am a nurse.I find it difficult to move around because my breast is enlarged too much now I am using 40 size bra with c cup.I have severe backpain too.There is fat deposit in the right arm pit too.what medicine will help me to reduce the size and what dose.
