bells palsey2
Hi , ive got bells palsey and 6acupuncture sessions hasnt done anything. it came on 6weeks ago. my right side drooped & mouth sagged. Anyone know of any remedies that can help speed up my recovery. thank youwhitney19 on 2012-07-12

the first one Nawaz is studying your case and will prescribe for

What happened six weeks ago, or before? Have you been exposed to cold air, or what may be the cause?
What worries you most in relation to your problem?

i dont have any pain in my face. the right side just wont move.
6weeks ago i had swollen glands and an earrache and i flew from New Zealand to Brisbane and my ear popped on the plane. i woke up the next day with my right side drooping. went to the doctors and he said i had bells palsey .He gave me steriods & i took them and nothing happend. so i started acupuncture. i have had 6 sessions so far and my face no longer sags & droops. my eye can slightly blink bt cant scrunch up like my left can. the thing that worries me most is that i will no longer be able to smile. ( this is the 2nd time i have had bells palsey.) i had it 4years ago and it was gone after 3months. is there anythhing that can help me & where could i purchase it from?

The doctor gave you steroids? How can this work in a convulsive state, mamma mia? If he were to give you something, then there should be some muscle relaxants.
There are several homeopathic remedies that fit this condition, the problem is to find the right one.

Another possibility is a medicine called Platinum. This is suitable if the patient's main concern is its appearance. 'Ååå how do I look, what others should think about my appearance.' Platinum can also have a very strong sexual urges. Nymphomania, for women. Or they have a sense of being superior, they are better than others.
This may sound strange, for someone who does not know homeoapti?

i cant remember what the steriods were called but im 100% they were infact steroids.
Im more worried about my appearance & just want rid of it bascially. i also did the online test to find a remedy & it kept coming up with causticum? does that not fit me ?

I think that Platinum is the right medicine. 1 dose of 200C, but where you can buy this medicine where you are, I do not know.
The best thing would be if you could find a good homeopath where you are, in Brisbane.

Hi just womdering how many drops is one dose of platina 200c?? Th pharmacy said 10drops is one dose? And to put under my tounge until it dissolves . is this correct?

Drops? You mean granules, tiny pills? Is it so, there are 10 pieces under the tongue.

I got body cold about 4 days before i got bells. p,and it wss windy that day aswel. not so great weather. but wss not raining. just very windy. im trying to find a homeopath around my area but there a very few
