Need suggestion for piles treatment

hello everyone,

this question is for my uncle. he is suffering from pilesproblem from last 4 years.

now he is thinking to take homeopathy treatment after see no effect of allopathy on him.

Currently he is taking dr. Batra medidine for his disease which he saw on newspaper for piles.

Current condition:
infrequent blood in stool
swallow ring at anus neck which hurt a lot and having brushes there frequently. that is the main region he having blood loss.

Kindly suggest me how to treat him from this condition and is this condition is treatable in homeopathy?
