kidney stone
Dear Doc,i have been having two 6mm stone in my right kidney from last 0ne year & one 2.5mm stone in my gall bladder.i m restless all the time & dont get sound sleep & have constipation and gastritis.
i m doing weight training exercises from past 4 months & want to increase weight, muscle but cant take protein shakes...
kindly advice

Take milk thistle it got rid of mine, i was takeing it for my gallbladder and kidney stones came out instead,if they come away in your urine they are kidney stones,if they come away in your poo they are gallstones.
