I want to quit smoking...help needed

Hello

I am 34 years IT professional involving in eCom business, Married, having 2 kids.

I m good in health, 5.6' in length, and 61 kg weight.

I work 14-18 hours/day, as i have hectic professional. And which is just sitting in only one seat, regularly before my laptop.

I do offer breaks in between, 5-10min of each.

I've been smoking since 2005, but for the last 2 years, it's been getting more, 10 cigs/day almost.

i know it's bad for health, and i want to quit it.

i'd really appreciate any help.

1. Camphor-30 6 piils 3 times a day
2. Tabacum-1m 6 pills once in a month (monthly dose)

Pl give me feedback after 15 days

Very good advice R.P Tamhankar. Cladium is also excellent in controlling lustful desires & helps in getting rid of addictions. You may keep that in mind if you like

If liquid form then 3 drops in one teaspoful water becomes one dose.

Do you suggest any good timetable for that, or any other caution i have to take care of....

as this is my first chance i am consuming any homeo medicine

You can take any date and calculate one month every time.
for daily medicine Cahphor, it is generally taken whtn stomach is empty.

You check three timings in morning, afternoon and evening when your stomach empty and take the medicine.
