extreme fatigue

Copied the questions and tried to be thorough, thanks for any help you can give me!

Patient ID: Clairedelune Sex: Female Age: 29

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
Fatigue. I'm tired/sleepy all the time, usually feel exhausted. I want to have more energy to play with my 3 year old daughter, and I want to be able to be more 'useful' with my life.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Almost constant hunger. Shortness of breath. Feel weak, sometimes lightheaded. Frequent rapid heart beat with minor physical exertion or stress. Some kind of protrusion on my labia (possibly bartholin's cyst, not sure). Knees ache. Increasing allergies.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Difficulty concentrating - I will be standing in a room staring for 5 minutes before I realize what I was in the middle of doing. I'm always trying to remember what I was planning to do, I try to write everything down if it's important. Cloudy thinking. Irritability. When I haven't eaten especially I can't make decisions, can't think, get angry easily. I feel unmotivated. Sometime can't sleep at night. Weird dreams every night and bad dreams (people yelling at me).

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Exhausted, I feel like I could sleep forever. I feel like I will never be a normal person.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I'm not sure... when I began college 11 years ago I ate everyday for two years in the cafeteria and it was not a very healthy diet, I do remember feeling tired then. I then moved abroad (moved from U.S. to China) and feel that high altitude and trying to move back and forth between about 3 different cultures have taken some toll on me. 4 years ago had miscarriage. 3 years ago gave birth to my baby, was very sick during pregnancy, and have felt tired since she was born also, but thought for a long time it must be normal (having newborn makes people tired) and got used to it, now I'm finally seeing myself, and realizing that how my body feels is not normal. Also about 2 years ago I had hepatitis A after visiting my friends' village, was very sick for more than a month.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Morning is worst, but I've never been a 'morning person.' Around noon I feel a little better. By 3 I'm so tired again. Late night I feel I can think best (although still physically tired) so I end up staying up too late.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Aggravated by hunger; having to wake up; having to discuss things when I feel like I can't think (I end getting into a lot of arguments with my husband, and feeling bad for it); exercise - any physical activity (I like to be outside, but then I feel exhausted); having to make decisions. Ameliorated by eating; taking naps; doing things that don't need my active input but distract me (like reading articles online, watching tv).

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
I don't know, culture stress?; pregnancy and birth? - see question 5.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am confident in my own opinions, but when with most people, I want to make a connection, and try to please them. I'm quiet, but feel that I'm growing more easily offended/critical, but also more bold sometimes in a good way.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Fine.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Yes, but on my terms.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Yes!

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
Not really.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I care deeply about my friends, but feel like it is hard to get to know one another well, wish I had more time to put into friendships. Family is far away and I miss them. My daughter is my joy and she and my husband are a lot of fun to be with, I am so fortunate to have them both, we talk to each other about everything. I try to be very gentle with my daughter, but I end up taking things out on my husband because I don't feel good/can't control myself - I feel bad about that but he's very forgiving.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I sometimes fear that something will happen to my daughter, that I will be a bad mom, that we will get divorced (totally unfounded). Also, we are in the process of trying to adopt a child (but do not know the child yet) and I worry about what they are doing, if anyone is taking care of them in the meant time, or if the adoption does not work out. I have repeated dreams of being yelled at and yelling back to the other person.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Crave: eggs, rice, meat, veggies.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
I drink a lot of water - but I'm also still breastfeeding.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
excessive

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
allergic to bananas; pork; avocado; also any kind of fruit (besides apples) and raw veggies make my mouth itch.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
varies

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
sometimes have trouble getting to sleep at night, usually it's okay, I only sleep well on my stomach.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
yes

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I'm an idealist

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
nothing yet

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
-- (both grandfathers), heart palpitations (PVCs)- mom and brother, depression - possibly both parents

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
average height/weight, dark brown hair, white skin, a little young looking, but getting lumpy in the middle

24. (ONLY FOR FEMALES)

Okay, I did as you said. During that time I did notice a slight improvement in energy and motivation, and I slept better.

What should I do now?
