extreme fatigue No energy

I am 20 Male i havent have any past health problems not any severe except for one thing Depression.My depresion before wasnt severe but last 8-9 months wasnt too good it was dark phase of my life and still suffering.one reason of this which i think i lost my parents early when i was 10 and struggle in school i cant concentrate on anything since then.i much more like to be sad.i was a sporrs person in school but now last 8-9 months i feel mentally exhausted low energy weak eyes my weight is 55 although my weight should be 60 according to BMI but i dont know what to do.I also struggling with social anxiety and i also know last time when it started or become severe it was like any other day with my friends before 8-9 months ago i went to watch a football match but after that coming home i feel like a very low energy inside self pity i just wanted to get back home fast since then an now it is 8 months i have no energy to go out my friends call me but i dont pickup there phone i want to get back to normal routine.sometimes i also feel my home is the real cause because it reminds me of my parents because i feel ok once i drag myself out my home but after all day working coming back home i feel hard to again drag myself out my home.please help.I also had one anxiety attack but it was april 2015 and now sometimes i feel racing heartbeats hand shivers a bit when i have to go out i overthink a situation alot feel guilt.sometimes i feel trouble sleeping because past memories or people came in nightmares which makes me emotional and nervous but now sleep is better from last few days.i also took kali phos 6x but didnt help for 1 month.i take ayurvedic juice of amla everyday incase any internal problem.i feel dizzy after eating i started eating healthy oats.i like eating spicy.sex derive is fine.low energy when workout or do some work but can you help me with any homeopathy?
