Child, dark circles under eye, fatigue

Child had red in the corners of mouth, gave silica which improved a little, then developed a cough, gave spongia and cough shifted, but still very tired and grumpy, dragging self around, complains of general feeling unwell, significant dark circles under the eyes, corners of mouth still not returned to normal
