Long time headache
Dear All, Good day;I'm 46years old, ,male and have been suffering constant headache 24h/7d since 18yearsold while i was a student.
Reason of headache cause of reading a book during midnight ..for exam when i found my self got brain-fag (memoryloss).My eyes vision was perfect 6/6at that time. After about 1 hour studying, Ifelt tension ob my top head, so I stop and went sleep, After wake in the morning, I got a neckpain (left) and a whole head like bursting, my vision blurred power 200 left, 110 right. Few years later i noticed muscle on my left eyebrow is tensed and can be seen.
Area affected The whole head, neck, shoulder aaffected, especialy left side. Stomach is hard like stone, but now quite ok after Calcarea C.
I tried Calc.C and the symptom now about 40%...Some note about my mind and body..my mind is nervous, no confidence even though I'm quite good in exam, had r beforee ..I noticed I had rush of blood when i felt ashamed and my ears red :) (before had this headaache).. My body is undeveloped during puberty - no v shape which I thought a clue that my headach caused lack of Calcium so I took Calc C. and calsium supp. After few years my body got some adult male v shape :)
the Pain is worse durin cold, evening, reading, look at computer screen...slightly better when wrapped with normal cloth or finger pressure..
After Calc C has no effect for thelast 5 years, I need some advice on remedies that can be taken after Calc.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hello Dr Kadwa.
I took Lycopodium as directed. After 15 days, I found that my mental thinking is clearer and the headache pain was improved a bit. Could I take Lyco again for next 15 days? Thanking you in advance Dr Kadwa.

There is no need to repeat doses if you continue to do well under the influence of earlier doses. You should repeat if there is a significant relapse in your symptoms.

The mind seems more relax now, but the whole head headache seems to refuse to follow the slight 'cure' of mind.
I did some massage on the head and headache is better temporarirly. I suspected that my eyes muscle seems holding the headache from full recovery, therefore I may be need an eye+headache remedy??
( As mentioned in my 1st message, the cause is reading a book during examination after I'm panicked when I had forgotten facts read before (brain-fag).
However, even though the headache on top of head seems better, my forehead and eyes seem more easily felt tension when reading book or computer screen....I'm not sure if this sign of recovery .
in terms of time, the headache is constant 24hrs as before. Felt better when I press the my head with fingers. Cold or hot is less affecting now .(When it 1st happen, cold climate/night made it worse)
My blood pressure is normal when I checked with dr and I have no other illness. I also have few lumps in the skin that dr said are normal for some people and not dangerous.

My memory is very weak...I forgot where I placed watch, car keys.
Once when i were talking to mywife, I beat the traffic redlight thinking it is my turn..so I easily distracted and cant do 2 things at one time..
And I easily become angry : its obvious when the head is in constant pain..;( And Noise is bad for the headahce.. prefer complte silence when sleeping at night.

Please wait for a week. If there is no improvement on it's own take a single dose of Lycopodium 200 and see how that goes in 15 days.
