piles problem plz help

sir,my mother have pilesproblem since about 10yrs.as i am a homeopathy student i give him some remedies according to suggestion of a village homeopath.i give him aesculus hip3x six dose she feel better about 30 days then increase again.then i give her aesculus 200 but symptom increase.again i give aesculu 3x and again she feel better.next morning i give him merc sol 1m 1dose then symptom increase seriously.what i can do now? Now fresh blood is bleeding from her anal.she afriad to go to toilet bcz it gives her serious pain like burn.cool water increase burn.may i give him aesculus 3x?she is somewhat similar with hepar sulp.may i give hepar sulp 6 potency?
