Dr. Kadwa.request help for Allergy

Hello Dr. Kadwa,I live in Bangalore. The city is famous for Pollens from trees and fostering allergy. After I have moved in hear since last 3 years, I have started having mucous formation in the nasal track which results in my tonsils getting infected.I would have irritation while talking and overnight I would have fever , white patches in the tonsil and body pain. This is getting very frequent and affecting my day to day life. In the morning I have to clear the mucous as comes out of mouth every time I breath heavily. I would request your guidance for a cure. Kindly also suggest, If I can do something which will not affect me so frequently.

Please take three doses of Arsenicum Album 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts at a time in the morning and evening from 3rd day onwards..
kali mur 6x
ferrum phos 6x
natrum sulph 6x

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
