Age: 54 years
Marital Status: Married.
Profession: Professor of English, Researcher and Writer of 25 books, mostly on classical English literature and poetry.
I have lungs allergy and mild asthma.
Phlegm and mucus history backs to 20 years that has been increased with the passage of time.
Suffering from lungs allergy and asthma for two years. Last year it troubled me a lot when I had to breathe heavily for almost three months.
Now a lot of white bubbly soft phlegm and mucus produces and sticks into my throat and lungs.
I have to cough out mucus in the morning and before going to bed almost 15 to 20 minutes each time.
Sour and oily things worsen my problem.
Otherwise physically and mentally healthy.
Weight 72 KG.
Lungs X-rays OK.
Complete blood test OK.
No blood pressure.
No sleep problem.
No tiredness or lethargy.
Using glasses because of Myopia (weak eyesight for looking distant things).
Used the following inhalers with and without steroids.
Inhaler Foster having steroids (Baklometazon Dipropiyonat)
Inhaler Aerolin (Salbutamol)
Inhaler Seretide (Salmeterol+Fluticasone propionate)
Inhaler Optra (Ipratropium bromide)
OTHER MEDICINES USED:
Tablets Myteka (Montelukast Sodium)
Tablets Telfast (Fexofenadine HCl)
Syrup Ventolin Expectorant (Salbutamol+ Guaiphenesin)
Father had no major health problem for 70 years and then had a heart-attack, and died at the age of 82.
Mother too had no major health problem, but got diabetic at 60, and died at the age of 86.
Both had good eyesight till to the last.
Sometime I feel a little improvement, but I cold never rid of my lungs allergy and mucus problem. I want complete and long-lasting treatment to feel myself free of these problems.
I hope you will be a great help in solving my problems.
