Waking up in the night

I have two children a boy 4.5 yrs old and a girl 39 months old. Both children don't nap during the day and are exhausted by 8pm. It takes them thirty minutes to fall asleep. Around 3 am or earlier they both wake up calling for me or my husband either to sleep next to them or to get moved to our bed. I do hear both of them at times talking in their sleep but I don't know why they are not sleeping through the night.

Please help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Phos should help 4.5 yrs for his sleep too. You need to work out the remedy for 39 mo on the basis of her symptoms.
