Low blood pressure for Dr. Kadwa

Hi Dr. Kadwa
Would you please help me to improve my low blood pressure?
I am 54 years old. 5-3, 110 lbs. In menopause. do not have my periods any more.
Get headaches. BP: 119/59.
Low in Iron. My son is sick and going through financial disfficulty, so, there has been a lot of stress on me for the past 2 years. But, my BP and low Iron is not new. It has always been there, but it is getting worse now. It does not change with wheather. I also have bad circulation. Any type of socks, leaves mark on my leg/ankle. My feet get swallen often, mostly around ankle. I am always cold in winter and hot in the summer. Cold feet and hands in winter. I am not on any medication. Hot flashes are very high also. I took black Kohoosh. Did not help.My personality is calm and friendly. Love to be with people, but do not have time and energy for it these days. Too much stress in my life at present. I love my family. No stress in my relationship.
Thanks for your help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Phosphorus 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hi Dr. Kadwa,

I took your remedy 4 days ago. Yesterday I checked my blood pressure and it was already a lot higher. It was 127/89. Do I need to repeat the treatment? Would this also help my bad circulation?
Thanks so much for the great help and if I need to follow any particular diet, please let me know. Thanks again.

The homeopathic remedy Phosphorus was not directed at your low BP alone, it was indicated on the basis of your totality of symptoms.

A homeopathic remedy should not be repeated if there is improvement under the influence of earlier dose. The three doses that you took earlier should be considered as a single dose. The remedy may be repeated when there is a significant relapse in symptoms. It is better to wait for 15 days before repeating. This rule may be relaxed having regard to conditions.

You may take one tablet of ayurvedic medicine chandraprabha vati in the morning and evening after meals daily for 15 days. This may be taken for a long period too. The tablet should be crushed and licked with honey.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,
Thanks for your time and help.
I will recheck my blood pressure in 15 days again and report. I prefer not to take any other med at this time unless you tell me to.
Thanks again.
