Throat Infection

My son has been having this bad cough which gets worse during the night while he sleeps. Did check with the Doctor next door and he mentioned that his chest is clear but has a throat infection - strep A and has suggested antibiotics. Did try Drosera on him but no luck.

The same happened in June this year and he had to ultimately put him on antibiotic.

Any suggestion
