Dear sirI am 02/11/1979 born female
height 5feet 2in
weight 55 kgs
mother of a female child born on 03 nov 2009
living a happy married life
I had a fluid filled cyst in left ovary in year 2007 which was (fluid) removed by doctor in the same year. I had Dandruff
problem when i was 5 to 8 years old. but then it was cured by a shampoo (selson) especially made for dandruf.in year 2005 to 2008 i had suffered a problem of delayed periods.to cure this problem i had 21 day course of an allopathic medicine but of no use. But after marriage in 2008 the above said problem itself got right without any medicine . in year 2009 early i got pregnant and gave birth to a female child suffering from short long bones ( skeletal dysplasia). From then onwards i have become a very short tempered lady with lots of physical problems such as white colored vaginal discharge , (leucorrhea) . Dry skin , cracked skin, with lots of dandruff on eye lashes and eyebrows, even though my hair are bit oily i am having too much of dandruff . I am losing my hair at great speed . i am having long thin and dense hair but now i am loosing its density . Kindly help me sir i will obey your medicine with great sincerity
