Need Help with Candida Problem

Candida issue seems to be on an upswing again. I can tell because of light vagninal discharge (no itching, not a yeast infection) and my complexion is very sallow with acne popping back up.

I am looking for help as this is affecting my energy levels as well.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take a single dose of Sepia 30 and see how that affects.

Hi- have you changed your diet? bc the
candida feeds off sugar. You have to stop
sugar and high carb things and go to more protein
and vegetables.

Everyone has candida in the intestinal tract but
it is kept under control thru right gut flora. Often
this gets out of control after antibiotics even
from some time ago. Drs. where I am now tell
people when they give them antibiotics, they
should start a course of probiotics for at least
a month- to repopulate the correct gut flora.

You should get an 8 strain probiotic and use it
a couple times a day to do this. If in USA you
can purchase Garden of Life probiotic on line-
it has the right strains of bacteria that many
suggest to use on the candida.
