piles
my 2 year old son is suffering from piles(intrenal) and there are some seen external, it is since last 4 months, there are worms in his stomach since that time too. are worms responsible for piles??!! medicines prescribed by local doctors are not showing any +ve effect on him. please help and suggest some remedy acc. to his age.waheeda

There is no way that a 2 year old can suffer from Haemorrhoids.
You have identified the problem yourself and I also feel that the lesions that you can see on your son's anus are caused by worms which you will have to refer to a medical doctor for treatment as I would not like to take the responsibility of prescribing for a 2 year old.
In the interest of your son, please refer your son to a paediatrician in a hospital who can give him the necessary emergency treatment.
