Obesity and Bulky Belly

Respected Doctors,

I am 35 Years old. 5'6' Height and my Current Weight is 72 Kg. I am over weight with bulky belly. I want to reduce my weight upto 63 Kg. My appetite is too high and I always feel that I am hungry. I dont drink any cola or beverages. I am not eating wheat of any kind but sometime I eat rice. I was once 96 Kg and 44 inches Waist but after reducing my diet I lost 35 Kg and reduce my waist to 30 inches. Last month my weight was 65 Kg but due to severe constipation I gained 7 Kg of weight and 4 inches.

Kindly reply I am very upset and plz help me to overcome my problem for ever.
