Dear Dr.Kadwa, I had taken Calcarea Carb 200 about 3 weeks ago. BB and BO is still there. Pls advice further course of action. Knee stifness and slight pain while getting up from a low seat is also prevalent.

Hi, completed the lycopodium. Had panchkarma therapy along with 14 day ayurvedic treatment for arthritis and cholesterol. Back in Mumbai now. No change in BB & BO. Request further advice.

Dear Sir, i've finished the 7 day course of Nux on 1st july. Have started a very bad cold now and as usual it is internal and not getting out. hence head and nose are congested. I get these around 3-4 times a year and alsways the same way. Pls help.

Day 2 day ¡V I live as a paying guest so no home food. Used to get up around 6.45 but nowadays at 7.30 or so n leave for work around 8.30am. breakfast at work at around 10am n usually don¡¦t have appetite early morning so this suits me fine. Usually have idly or poha or upma. Lunch at 1pm but for last 2 weeks no appetite hence have only vegetable dish or whole wheat bread. Snacks are served at office at 6pm but I usually carry it home n have at around 7pm sometimes I eat at office as well as carry. Light stuff like poha or utappa- less quantity though as it is for rs.10/- only º( just to give a measure of the amount I eat. Weekends I eat out but have always tried to eat healthy. Am 5¡¦4¡¨ and weigh 59 kgs. Walk a lot. Read a book till I sleep between 9-10pm sometimes sleep early n wake up at 2am. Sleep is not peaceful. Its fitful n light.
Outlook for future ¡V I have learnt to take one day at a time n right now I am hoping I will be allowed to work here for another 2-3 yrs. The day at office is very very boring and difficult for an over energetic person like me- have had no work at all for 3 years. Used to be very frustrated but now that menopause is over have been doing well mentally too.
Comparing myself to others ¡V I know I am a good person and well brought up. I used to be short tempered but not too bad now though am impatient. Hence very different from people around me, most of whom are acting their way through life while I am very straight forward and don¡¦t like pretending. Obviously I have fewer friends but the ones I do have, have the same traits except for one who is of the role playing kind but I learnt to appreciate the actual person too. Most are 6-10 years younger than my 47. Two are 20 years younger º people who don¡¦t know me think I am arrogant.
V v tough 3 years but have grown spiritually and believe that God has been guiding me. and with end of menopause have been back to normal since the last two months. i am also very grateful to God for the kind of life i have had especially the problems since i have become a much better person. heartfelt gratitude.

Just a thought here,
When was the last time you had a dental checkup?
Could you have a tooth going bad or gum problem?
Also there was a lady on here recently who takes
a couple teaspoons of Knox gelatin for her Arthritis.
That is all she does and says it works wonderfully.
The gelatin is actually a protein that helps
make collagen ( which cushions your joints) This
would be good for you to google about.

thank u 4 d feedback. had a dental check up a few months ago. always had cavities but filled and in good order. though u are right in a way - i have two teeth hidden in the lower gums 1 on each side :) weird. but since there is no discomfort the docs usually tend to advice leaving it alone. will c if i can get the knox gelatin in mumbai. am vegetarian but nothing works like a good old scare - am a v energetic 47 yr old woman so arthritis is somethin i cant even think about.

You could have a blood
test to see if you have an elevated white count, which could
mean that teeth- one or both have some type of infection
going on etc- Google this bc something is not right here on
the BB and the dentist should be able to figure this out.
On the remedy-(Boswelia Sacra)
This remedy is Indian Frankincense tree. You can only get it
from Remedia Homeopathic Pharmacy in Austria.
Order it online, get the 200c , pills , smallest size is 1gm.
