This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
yes u can use arnica just one or two drops direct on the tongue.wet doses have extra advantages as the potency is slightly raised but unfortunately it is not well appreciated and in clinics it is not practicable.only on these sort of forums it is.

I would hesitate to use Arnica 6c direct from the bottle which you get from your pharmacy where the remedy is in Ethanol. This will sting the tongue and I have never used or recommended it to patients.

I have used Arnica myself for the last 10 years every night and believe that my BP of 120/80 at age 76 can be due to my daily dose which I take every night.

I would suggest that you stay with the wet dose which you have obviously read in my previous posts on this forum as I have discovered that this method is far superior to the dry dose which I used in the past. It is the succussion that makes the difference and this makes the body to react more favourably to the remedy. It is a small price to pay for the inconvenience but if you so desire you may stop using the split dose which involves succussing the bottle and taking a teaspoon into a half cup of water from which you sip a tsp. You may sip the tsp direct from the bottle.

The reason why your bottle does not fizzle is because you have forgotten to pour out 100ml from it. The air space on the top is essential to permit the water to fizzle when succussed.

Please record your BP and do so every week and report response in 2 weeks.

I have given my mother arnica 6 and calc-fl 6 for her bp. He had been on allopathic medication for years and has stopped taking it and has been w/o them for about 2 months now!

She takes it in the dry form and only takes it every other day! I started her with 3x a day and then slowly moved it to 1x a day every other day. She checks her bp and is doing great! She now has it lower than what is was taking her bp med.
With he bp med she would alway have it in the 130's/high 80's. Now 119/80,120/82. Im very pleased with the results of this medicine and her hypertension. I have always used homeopathy and so has my parents but for minor things. Never for bp or something like this.

Thank you for sharing your success with Arnica 6c and Calc Fluor 6 (x?) in the treatment of your mother's Hypertension. It is this sharing of one's successes in the treatment of ailments that make it possible for Homeopathy to advance with the discovery of new uses for existing remedies.

I have used Arnica for the last 10 years every night and am convinced that it is Arnica that has helped me to stabilize my BP at 120/80 pulse 65 at age 76.

I have spread this message about the benefits that I have derived from Arnica on this and other forums and hope that those who read this post will also consider using a teaspoonful of Arnica 6c in the Wet Dose every night and see the difference that it can make in their lives when they wake up the following morning after a deep restful sleep completely refreshed.

Please will you define what is meant by the "dry dose" and "wet dose" mentioned in the treatment of hypertension.

The dry dose is the remedy taken in 2-3 globules.

The wet or split or water dose is the same remedy taken in water, usually in 500 ml spring water.

This wet dose was first referred to by Hahnemann in his 6th edition and was generally not used by homeopaths throughout the world but in the recent past this method is gaining more popularity.

I use this method exclusively as I have observed that the patient reacts to it more positively as it is usually taken in teaspoonfuls after succussion. All you do is to put just 1 drop or 3 globules into the 500ml water and shake it up to ensure the bubbles when you do. You then sip a teaspoonful which is then the dose once or twice daily after agitation every time.

How many Cal Flour and how many arnica do you give your mother for her BP?

Is the Arnica C and the Cal Flour X?

Thanks
