low sperm motility and volume

Hi,

I am 35 years old male, I used to masturbate almost daily from age 14. I am not masturbating daily, but once in 10 days,my sperm count is less than 20 million, but motility is only 10%. My wife conceived naturally, but had Intrauterine fetal demise when she was 5 months pregnant. We are trying again but now i have problem with erection,quality,volume and motility.

after excessive research on the internet, i have narrowed down to three remedies.I have acidum phosphoricum 30ch dilution solution,lycopodium 30 ch dilution solution and tribulus terristris Q solution. Please advise how to take them.
