Acute Tonsilitis

I m 27 yera old man I m suffering from acute tonsils
after taking cold food & fruits like curd, guava, pepsi etc. as well as chilly weather.

1. it is reddish & burning little bit
2.swallow cold food is difficult
3. little bit cough

tell me the name of medicine with dosage plz help
